We are suggesting that you consider joining us in a 21 day Daniel fast...  This a partial fast that allows you to eat things like fruits and vegetables, but not sugar, or meat or bread.  For info on what a Daniel Fast is you can click here and here Note:  There is a lot of info on fasting on this site. so take some time and really look it over.  There is also a cookbook available for downloading online.
